The project consists of approximately 185 linear feet of 3-foot-wide concrete apron , totaling approximately 555 sq. ft. Scope of Work Prepare the area for concrete installation. Perform light clearing, excavation, grading, and compaction. Install and compact gravel base where needed. Install forms for approximately 185 linear feet. Install reinforcement. Pour approximately 8 cubic yards of 3,500 PSI ready-mix concrete . Concrete thickness approximately 4 inches . Establish proper slope away from the home's foundation for drainage. Screed and level concrete. Apply a broom finish . Install/control joints as needed. Remove forms and complete final grading. Clean up all construction debris upon completion. Contractor Requirements Previous experience with residential concrete flatwork. Must have the necessary tools and equipment. Must be able to provide a crew capable of completing the project. Must be reliable and able to complete the work professionally.
