About the Role We're looking for an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to run our crews in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position — you'll be the one setting the pace, solving the problems, and making sure the work goes in right the first time. What You'll Do Lead the crew Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site Keep the crew productive, safe, and working to spec Train and mentor less experienced hands Plan and schedule the work Build daily work schedules and assign crews and equipment Coordinate trades so the job stays on the timeline Adjust on the fly when weather, deliveries, or manpower change the plan Own the technical side Read and interpret construction plans, architectural drawings, and engineering specs Calculate material quantities and schedule deliveries so nothing holds up the pour Inspect work for quality and make sure it meets project standards Track tools, equipment, and materials — make sure they're on site and in good shape Communicate up and down Serve as the link between the crew and the office Report daily progress, problems, and resource needs to the Construction Manager, architects, and engineers Keep accurate records of attendance, production, and job costs What You Need Extensive hands-on concrete construction experience Proven experience leading a crew Ability to read and work from blueprints and specifications Strong math skills for material takeoffs and layout Solid communication skills — with your crew, and with management Problem-solver who can think on their feet when the day doesn't go as planned Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Nice to have: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) Forming, flatwork, and structural concrete experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on your experience Steady, year-round work Health Insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Company truck or vehicle allowance Tool allowance / per diem for out-of-town work Opportunity to advance with a growing company Ready to Apply?
