$40-$55+/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) We are seeking an experienced ICC Special Inspector specializing in Prestressed Concrete or a PTI Level II Certified Inspector to join a growing team in the Las Vegas area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified inspector looking for competitive pay and the opportunity to work on major commercial and construction projects. Qualifications Current ICC Special Inspector certification in Prestressed Concrete OR PTI Level II certification required. Experience inspecting prestressed and/or post-tensioned concrete systems. Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. Ability to accurately document inspections and prepare detailed reports. Experience working on commercial construction projects preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and project teams. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Clark County Certification is NOT required. Responsibilities Perform special inspections related to prestressed and post-tensioned concrete construction. Verify work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, and project requirements. Inspect reinforcement, tendons, stressing operations, concrete placement, and other related construction activities. Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports and documentation. Communicate inspection findings with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Maintain required certifications and stay current on applicable codes and industry standards.
