Company Overview CC&R Concrete Cutting and Removal is a division of EBD Inc., a construction services firm based in Buffalo, NY with over 35 years in the market. CC&R provides concrete cutting, core drilling, slab and wall sawing, curb sawing, floor preparation, and concrete removal to general contractors, MEP subcontractors, and industrial clients across Western and Upstate New York. We have crews and equipment in Buffalo, Syracuse, and Albany. Position Summary CC&R is hiring a Concrete Cutting and Removal Specialist to join our Buffalo field crew. This is skilled, hands-on work with some of the newest, most technologically advanced equipment in the industry, every truck fully stocked and ready to go. The work demands precision and pride in the craft. We are hiring immediately and are willing to train the right candidate. Your safety-first attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter as much as your resume. Strong mechanical aptitude is a valid substitute for direct experience. Brick/block masonry experience is a big plus. Candidates with experience installing steel lintels in CMU walls are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Field Operations

• Operate hydraulic, gas-powered, and electric saws
• Perform slab sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, and related cutting and removal work
• Perform floor preparation, surface preparation, and concrete grinding
• Work with high-end hand and power tools
• Handle building materials and supplies safely and efficiently
• Represent EBD professionally on job sites as a dependable team player Required Qualifications
• OSHA 10 certification (required before starting provided if you don't already have it)
• Valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to work on ladders and lifts
• Ability to lift 50 to 70 lbs. minimum
• Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic
• Team-first mentality
• Ability to commute to Buffalo, NY 14218; relocation required before starting work if not already local Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to:
• Concrete cutting or finishing
• Selective demolition
• Masonry
• Utilities or trenching
• Heavy equipment operation
• Diesel mechanics or machine operation
• Manufacturing or industrial environments requiring strong mechanical aptitude
• Any skilled labor in the construction or infrastructure industry Compensation and Benefits

$22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
