Job Description
Concrete Finisher Pinky's Property Management — Buffalo, NY Full-time No job too big or too small, Pinky's does it all.
ABOUT US
Pinky's Property Management is a licensed, insured, and bonded multi-trade contracting and property services company operating across Buffalo/Western New York, Sarasota, and Tampa. We self-perform across 30+ trades, which means our people work on real projects with real variety — not the same pour every day for the next ten years. We're growing fast and we promote from within. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Place, spread, screed, float, and finish concrete on flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, pads, curbs, and foundations
- Set and strip forms, check for proper grade and pitch
- Finish surfaces to spec — broom, trowel, stamped, exposed aggregate
- Cut control joints and apply curing compounds and sealers
- Patch, repair, and resurface existing concrete
- Read and work from plans and grade stakes
- Operate power trowels, screeds, saws, and vibrators safely
- Keep the job site clean and the equipment maintained
- Work alongside the crew on prep, demo, and cleanup as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Solid understanding of mix, slump, weather effects, and cure times
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather
- Shows up on time, every time
- Hungry, humble, and smart — willing to learn, easy to work with, and takes pride in the finish
NICE TO HAVE
- CDL•OSHA 10 or 30•Experience with decorative or stamped concrete•Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator)•Ability to run a small crew
