ABOUT US
Pinky's Property Management is a licensed, insured, and bonded multi-trade contracting and property services company operating across Buffalo/Western New York, Sarasota, and Tampa. We self-perform across 30+ trades, so our people work on real projects with real variety. This is a good spot to learn the trade. Plenty of our guys started as laborers and came up from there. If you show up and work, we'll teach you the rest.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Prep job sites — grading, setting base, hauling material
  • Build and strip forms, drive stakes, set rebar and wire mesh
  • Mix, move, and place concrete by wheelbarrow, buggy, or chute
  • Spread and rake concrete ahead of the finishers
  • Break out and haul away old concrete on demo work
  • Keep tools, equipment, and the job site clean
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Help the finishers and follow the foreman's direction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet in all weather
  • Shows up on time, every time
  • Hungry, humble, and smart — willing to learn, easy to work with, and takes pride in doing it right
  • No experience required — we'll train the right person
NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous construction or concrete experience
  • OSHA 10
  • Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator)
  • CDL WHAT WE OFFER
