In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the preparation, pouring, finishing, and finishing touches of concrete projects across various sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction and concrete work while being part of dynamically growing company You will also have ability to learn from different areas of construction room to grow in company equipment operators , foreman , etc We are a growing commercial construction company Responsibilities Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork, rebar installation, and concrete placement on construction sites Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and efficiently Prepare surfaces by performing tasks like plastering, caulking, or applying stucco as needed for project specifications Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying textures using appropriate techniques and tools Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and ensure precise execution Support other trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing during renovation or restoration projects Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing techniques Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumping systems Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks safely Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions for construction projects Strong understanding of safety standards including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Prior experience with rebar installation, form building, or masonry is highly desirable Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy machinery may be preferred MINIMUM osha 10 (can be administered in office ) Join us if you're eager to build a rewarding career in construction!
