Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction and concrete team. This role involves a variety of physical tasks to support concrete work, site preparation, and general construction activities. Candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and be part of a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and site cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools Prepare job sites, including digging, leveling, and debris removal Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople Maintain a clean and safe work environment Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
Valid Ohio driver's license (required) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
