Concrete Foreman

As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead from the front, keep projects moving, hold your team accountable, and make sure every job meets the standards AmeriCoat is known for. Responsibilities The right person is a strong leader who communicates well, takes ownership, and knows how to keep a job site moving from start to finish. Lead concrete crews on commercial and residential projects Coordinate daily labor, materials, equipment, and job site needs Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications Keep projects on schedule and ensure quality work Oversee forming, pouring, finishing, grading, repairs, and site prep Keep crews productive and organized throughout the day Train and coach team members on proper procedures and workmanship Hold crews accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards Communicate daily with project managers about progress, scheduling, and materials Inspect completed work for quality and customer satisfaction Solve job site issues quickly and keep projects moving Complete daily reports, time tracking, and equipment logs Assist with asphalt or site work when needed Qualifications 10+ years of concrete construction experience required (15+ preferred) Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, grading, and site preparation Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate crews and maintain accountability Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus OSHA certification is a plus Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work when needed What We're Looking For Dependable and self-motivated leader Strong work ethic and positive attitude Problem solver who can make decisions in the field Someone who takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction Team player who leads by example Why Work for AmeriCoat Asphalt & Concrete?
