Job Description We need an experienced and driven Concrete Finisher on our construction crew. You will help prep, pouring, and finishing. Your job is to manage quality, communicate with the forman, maintain high quality standards, and keep the project on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Quality Standards:

Help with subgrade preparation, formwork setup, rebar placement, and concrete pouring and finishing along with job cleanup.

Ensure Quality:

Check work for accuracy, proper slope, smoothness, and structural integrity.

Enforce Safety:

Maintain a safe work site and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety rules.

Track Progress:

Monitor daily production goals, take progress photos, manage material needs, and quickly report issues. Not required, we can train you to:

Read Blueprints:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to set accurate layouts, grades, and elevations.

CDL:

You will be assigned a truck and trailer

Equipment Operator:

We do have several operators, but value this skill.

Experiance in various situations:

We work in commercial, residential, and agriculture situations. From new builds to stamped concrete to demo and replacement.

Qualifications and Skills Experience:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on concrete construction finishing

Technical Knowledge:

basic understanding of concrete mixes, pouring techniques, curing processes, and finishing tools.

Communication:

Clear verbal communication skills to direct crew laborers when needed and discuss the job with foreman and office when needed.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.

Certifications:

Valid driver's license; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a strong plus. We provide everything you need to succeed on the job. Pay:

$23.82 - $35.11 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 65.0 per week
