Job Description

Job Summary We need an experienced and driven Concrete Foreman to lead our third construction crew. You will oversee prep, pouring, finishing concrete for various projects. Your job is to communicate with the office to understand each project, run the team, run/manage a truck and equipment, keep high quality standards, and keep the projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead the
Crew:
Supervise and guide laborers, and equipment operators while being the main concrete finisher.
Manage Operations:
Oversee prep, formwork setup, rebar placement, and concrete pouring and finishing while communicating and making sure progress pictures are taken.
Ensure Quality:
Check work for accuracy, proper slope, finish, and structural integrity.
Enforce Safety:
Maintain a safe work site and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety rules.
Track Progress:
Monitor daily production goals, manage material needs in your truck and trailer, and report progress frequently. A plus but not required
Read Blueprints:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to set accurate layouts, grades, and elevations.
Varied Experience:
We do Commercial, Residential, Agriculture work from new builds to stamped concrete. We will train if you do not have experience in all scenarios.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on concrete construction experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of concrete mixes, pouring techniques, curing processes, and finishing tools.
Project Management:
Strong ability to read and follow construction plans set grade stakes, and foresee potential issues.
Communication:
Clear verbal communication skills to direct crew members and coordinate with the office.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
Certifications:
Valid driver's license; CDL certification is a strong plus. We provide everything you need to succeed on the job! Pay:
$25.82 - $35.11 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 65.0 per week
