Job ResponsibilitiesAssist concrete and construction crews with daily jobsite activitiesLoad, unload, move, and organize construction materialsAssist with jobsite setup and cleanupHelp prepare areas for concrete workUse basic hand and power tools safelyAssist skilled tradespeople and concrete crews as directedPerform physically demanding construction labor throughout the workdayFollow instructions from foremen and supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe jobsiteFollow all company and jobsite safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious construction laborer experience requiredMust have experience working for a construction company or contractorConcrete construction experience is a plusMust have your own reliable transportation to and from jobsitesMust be available for early morning start times, including days beginning as early as 5:00 AMMust be dependable and maintain good attendanceAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periodsAbility to follow directions and work effectively as part of a construction crewMust be willing to work overtime when neededAdditional Information$18.00
