You do not need experience in everything we do. The Position We are looking for a dependable, mechanically minded person who understands concrete work and wants the opportunity to help build a growing operation. Depending on experience, this position could range from an experienced technician/operator to a lead person capable of helping organize jobs, train employees, and develop our precast and concrete operations. Experience in precast concrete, commercial/industrial concrete, concrete cutting, coring, demolition, or related construction is valuable. Potential Responsibilities Depending on your background and experience: Set up, strip, clean, and prepare precast concrete forms Produce precast manholes, vaults, bases, lids, and specialty structures Place and tie reinforcing steel Install embeds, pipe penetrations, seals, lifting hardware, and other precast components Place, vibrate, finish, and cure concrete Build and set forms for concrete foundations and structures Read construction drawings and basic shop drawings Perform concrete core drilling Operate wall saws, slab saws, hand saws, and other concrete cutting equipment Perform selective concrete demolition Operate jackhammers and demolition equipment Operate skid steers, excavators, forklifts, loaders, and other construction equipment Rig and handle heavy concrete structures safely Load, unload, and assist with delivery and installation of precast products Maintain tools and equipment Help improve production methods, forms, equipment, and shop organization Maintain a clean and safe work area

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
