Job Description:

Tulsa concrete and drainage contractor seeking a skilled and reliable worker to join our concrete team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in concrete finishing, equipment operation (skid-steer/mini-excavator), and the ability to safely pull a trailer with a truck. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have some experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform concrete finishing tasks, including forming, grading, pouring, and applying finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results. Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, or excavators in a safe and efficient manner. Transport materials and equipment by pulling a gooseneck trailer with a truck, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Follow safety protocols and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in concrete finishing and heavy equipment operation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience towing trailers. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.

Preferred Skills:

Certification or training in heavy equipment operation (e.g., OSHA, NCCER) is a plus. Familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours typically 7:30am-4:30pm Full-time position with potential for overtime. Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Annual holiday bonus.
