Beyond standard pouring and finishing for commercial and residential lots, our crews handle everything from dirt work and site grading to custom brick/block masonry and retaining wall builds. We're expanding our local footprint and need driven, dependable tradesmen who respect the craft and want steady, rewarding work. Daily Responsibilities on the
Job Pouring & Finishing:
Forming, pouring, screeding, and applying final professional finishes to sidewalks, heavy-duty parking lots, and custom driveways.
Dirt Work & Prep:
Utilizing heavy machinery (including mini-excavators and skid steers) to clear land, grade surfaces, and properly prep sites before the pour.
Masonry & Hardscape Support:
Working alongside our team to construct durable retaining walls, block foundations, and custom brick features.
Jobsite Operations:
Safely handling hand/power tools, loading and unloading materials, keeping the work area hazard-free, and communicating effectively with the site foreman. What You Bring to the
Crew Trade Background:
Prior hands-on experience in concrete placement/finishing or heavy commercial/residential construction labor. (Knowing how to run equipment or lay block puts you at the top of the list!)
Physical Toughness:
The capability to perform heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and bending while working outdoors through Oklahoma's changing weather.
Dependability:
You show up on time, have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites around the metro, and are ready to put in a full day's work.
Mindset:
A strict safety-first mentality, an eagerness to help your teammates, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
