Job Description The Concrete Superintendent will report into Operations Leadership and play a critical role in delivering structural concrete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule across a variety of commercial and public-sector developments. Lead all field operations for structural concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, elevated decks, and related work. Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain project schedules and drive productivity in the field. Champion site safety and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum. Conduct daily planning, site meetings, quality control inspections, and progress reporting. Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and project teams. The Successful Applicant For the Concrete Superintendent we are seeking: Hands-on experience managing structural concrete construction projects. Background working for a concrete contractor, self-perform contractor, or specialty concrete organization. Experience overseeing field crews, safety, scheduling, and quality control. Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments. Strong communication and leadership skills. Open to both experienced Concrete Superintendents and emerging field leaders looking to take the next step in their career. Experience on commercial, industrial, municipal, educational, or warehouse developments is highly desirable.
