{2094} Concrete Finisher NW Industrial - 2.3 Springfield, OR Job Details Full-time $24 - $31 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 403(b) Qualifications Concrete pouring Concrete finishing Concrete work Formwork systems Driver's License Concrete forming Full Job Description NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting an experienced an experienced Concrete Finisher for a local, family-owned concrete company specializing in residential & commercial concrete such as sidewalks, patios, driveways, walkways, backyard BBQ pits, fence posts, hot tub pads, parking lots, foundations, additions, shops, garages, barn floors, etc. Primary responsibility will be safely navigating concrete construction sites requiring a mix of physical labor, technical skill, and attention to detail.

JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Drive fully loaded work truck pulling a dump trailer to jobsites Clear, demo and excavate existing soil, concrete, debris and vegetation areas. Ability to operate Mini-Excavators is a plus Ability to use hand tools, to dig and push wheelbarrows is a must Build and install forms as per site plans / homeowner preference and establish proper elevation / slopes for proper drainage using power and hand tools Wheelbarrow in, place and operate plate compactors to compact gravel subgrades, place and tie of rebar grids as per plans

Pour Concrete:

Wheel, muck, screed, using rod boards, rakes, and shovels

Finish Concrete:

Use bull floats, hand trowels, edgers, brooms, stamps, tamps and concrete saws etc. Attention to detail / detail establishing stamp patterns / joint layouts. Clean equipment and company rigs on a routine basis and clearly address when maintenance is required Maintain professional appearance and attitude Minimum of 1 year setting forms and finishing concrete - Stamped Finishing experience preferable

Springfield, OR Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm w/OT as needed

Pay Range:

$24.00-$31.00/hr Drug Screen, NOT including THC Valid ODL with good driving record
