Concrete Laborer Cobalt Builders Inc Tualatin, OR Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Materials handling Full Job Description Concrete Laborer Cobalt | Oregon | Full Time Position Summary Cobalt is looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This is a hands on field position supporting concrete construction across Cobalt project sites throughout Oregon. This position requires regular travel between project locations based on construction schedules and project needs. Travel pay and per diem are provided for qualifying travel. We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, works safely, and takes pride in being part of a productive crew. Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn and develop their skills. What You'll Do Assist with concrete pours, placement, and finishing activities Help set, strip, clean, and organize concrete forms Prepare work areas, materials, tools, and equipment for concrete work Move and stage construction materials and supplies Assist with site preparation and cleanup before and after concrete work Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow jobsite safety requirements and direction from foremen and supervisors Work alongside the concrete crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently Perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Travel between Cobalt project sites based on construction schedules and workload Assist with other construction activities as needed to support the project and crew What We're Looking For Previous concrete or construction experience preferred Willingness and ability to regularly travel between project locations Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and take direction from foremen and supervisors Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, standing, and working on uneven surfaces Ability to safely lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment Ability to safely work around construction equipment and active jobsites Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Compensation, Travel & Benefits $22 to $24 per hour , depending on experience Full time employment Travel pay for qualifying travel between project locations Per diem for qualifying travel assignments Medical benefits for eligible employees Paid time off Work Location This is a field based position with work performed at various Cobalt construction sites throughout Oregon. Regular travel should be expected based on project schedules and workload.
