The Packager plays a key role in preparing finished products for shipment and storage by performing packaging, labeling, and basic assembly tasks in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires careful attention to detail, the ability to follow written work orders and detailed instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness on the production floor.

• Responsibilities
• + Package finished products accurately and securely in preparation for shipment and storage.

+ Read and comprehend detailed instructions and work orders to ensure correct packaging, labeling, and handling of products. + Perform basic assembly and labeling tasks as part of the packaging process. + Lift and move boxes, materials, and pallets weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. + Move around the production area and stand for extended periods to complete assigned tasks. + Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and organized condition. + Follow prescribed safety regulations and guidelines at all times. + Stay actively engaged by seeking the next task when a project is completed and avoiding idle time. + Work effectively in a team environment while also being able to complete tasks independently. + Perform other packaging and production-related duties as assigned.

• Essential Skills
• + 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to lift and safely handle items weighing up to 50 pounds. + Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and accurately read work orders. + Strong attention to detail to ensure correct packaging, labeling, and assembly. + Good manual dexterity for handling products, packaging materials, and labels. + Ability to move around the facility and stand for an entire shift when necessary. + Demonstrated ability to work well within a team-oriented environment. + Commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly work area and following safety regulations. + Reliability and willingness to work additional hours when required.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Previous experience in packaging, assembly, or production roles. + Experience with labeling processes and packaging equipment. + Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, structured environment. + Comfort working both collaboratively with a team and independently. + Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to asking for new tasks when one project is completed.
