Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of 3-6 workers Perform and oversee: ADA concrete ramps (must understand slope, grade, and compliance) Sidewalks, curb, and flatwork Read and interpret blueprints and site plans Handle layout, forming, pouring, and finishing Maintain job site safety, quality, and productivity Coordinate materials, tools, and daily job needs Communicate effectively with management and inspectors Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience as a Concrete Foreman ADA ramp experience
