Job Summary:
Beaver Concrete Construction is hiring a Concrete Laborer to join our residential foundations crew, working on footers and walls for new home construction. This is hands-on, physical work as part of a experienced crew — great for someone looking to build a long-term career in the concrete trade. What you'll do Set forms for footers and foundation walls Place, spread, and finish concrete Read basic prints/layouts and work off stakes and grade Tie rebar and set anchor bolts Strip forms and clean/organize job site materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools (vibrators, saws, tampers, etc.) Work safely as part of a crew, following all job site safety practices Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment from trucks What we're looking for Previous experience in concrete, construction, or general labor preferred (not required — willing to train the right person) Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team Willingness to travel to job sites within the region What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work with a growing residential foundations division Opportunity for growth
