About This Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Concrete Finisher Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship program is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills in concrete finishing and gain hands-on experience in the field. You will work alongside experienced concrete finishers, learning the techniques and practices necessary for a successful career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete materials for various projects. Learn to finish concrete surfaces under supervision assisting in applying curing compounds, sealants, and other finishing materials to enhance durability. Learn and apply company techniques for concrete restoration, coatings, and specialty finishes. Follow company procedures for repairing and resurfacing concrete surfaces, including grinding and polishing. Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the job site and company operations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Participate in training sessions to develop skills in concrete finishing techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of construction safety practices. Valid driver's license is a requirement.

Working Conditions:

Nights, Overnight, and Weekends are required. Travel across the United States is required. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Safety equipment must be worn at all times.
