Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Prepare worksite each day by gathering materials, tools, and all equipment necessary. Prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, foundations, floors, curbs, and slabs. Operate hand and power tools such as screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and concrete saws. Smooth and finish surfaces to required specifications. Apply curing compounds and surface treatments. Set forms to create concrete structures for the specific job, ground preparations, spreading gravel, etc. Repair and patch damaged concrete. Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications 2+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred. Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and curing processes. Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools safely. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation required and valid driver's license preferred. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed. Preferred Skills Experience with decorative or stamped concrete. Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment. CDL is a plus but not required. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience ($25-$35 per hour, depending on experience) Overtime opportunities
