Description Join a team that helps build the community one concrete piece at a time! Hilltop Precast Inc. is looking for a dependable Concrete Worker who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in seeing real results at the end of the day. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexible end times as needed to finish daily concrete work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow — including the chance to work with equipment such as skid steers or backhoes (experience is a bonus but not required). Candidates must be able to lift 80 pounds, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid Pennsylvania Class C driver's license. Hilltop Precast offers a strong starting wage of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Additional Details
