Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is hiring Concrete Coatings Installers and Lead Technicians for our new Philadelphia-area location. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, flooring, painting, masonry, concrete, or skilled trades , though motivated entry-level applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Concrete prep, grinding, and coating installation Installing epoxy and polyaspartic floor systems Working efficiently as part of a crew Driving company trucks and trailers when needed Maintaining a safe, professional job site

Requirements:

Trades or construction experience preferred Ability to work long days when needed Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 60 lbs
