Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete construction projects on-site. This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Concrete Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, manage team members, and collaborate with project managers to deliver successful outcomes. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project progress, uphold safety protocols, and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules. Duties Lead and supervise as well as perform concrete installation activities, including pouring, finishing, and curing processes across multiple projects. Coordinate with project managers, production managers and schematics, and construction plans ensuring precise execution. Manage daily workforce schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor crew performance to optimize productivity. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing safety standards. Utilize our job software to ensure proper job site tracking is kept. Conduct quality control checks. Skills Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in concrete work. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. Ability to run large power equipment such as skid loaders, mini skid loaders, mini excavators, etc. Ability to do all aspects of concrete demolition and installation. Manage customer expectations as well as execute jobs to the budgeted hours. Lead a crew of 1-3 other team members. Experience in the following forms of finish: broom, trowel, and stamping

Pay:

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour
