This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, large-scale environments and enjoys driving project success through planning, coordination, financial oversight, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing concrete-related scopes, budgets, schedules, procurement activities, contract administration, and client relationships while collaborating with project teams, design partners, and executive stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete project scopes from preconstruction through project completion. Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance to ensure successful project outcomes. Partner with clients, design teams, consultants, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables. Oversee project schedules, milestone tracking, and progress reporting to support overall program objectives. Review contracts, change management documentation, and project reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Identify risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate schedule, budget, and operational challenges. Provide clear and consistent communication regarding project status, financial performance, key decisions, and strategic priorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices that enhance project delivery and team performance. Support procurement planning and coordination for concrete-related materials, services, and specialty trade partners. Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
