Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field team member, helping families honor their loved ones during difficult times. This role offers the opportunity to create lasting tributes while working outdoors in a close-knit, supportive environment. You will gain valuable hands-on trade skills and make a meaningful impact in local communities. How You Will Make an Impact Dig and pour concrete foundations according to site conditions and cemetery specifications. Install granite monuments, bases, markers, and memorial products with high precision. Safely transport, position, and level heavy materials using specialized equipment. Protect surrounding cemetery grounds, historic turf, and neighboring markers during installations. Operate trucks, trailers, setting tools, and field equipment following safety guidelines. Coordinate professionally with cemetery personnel and funeral home staff on-site. Required Qualifications & Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to the daily reporting location in Middletown, PA. Physical capability to lift, move, and position heavy stone materials daily. Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various cemetery sites. Self-motivated and conscientious mindset with strong attention to visual alignment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3 years of hands-on experience in masonry, hardscaping, construction, or landscaping. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience setting cemetery monuments or operating material handling equipment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with a bi-weekly pay cycle and overtime potential.
