•2,200+ Full-Time | Day Shift | Paid Training | Growth Opportunity Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is hiring Installation Technicians for our Pittsburgh production team. Concrete coating experience is NOT required. If you have experience in construction, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, landscaping, remodeling, installation, warehouse work, or another hands-on/physical job, we'd like to talk to you. We'll train the right person to professionally install epoxy, polyaspartic, and other concrete coating systems. What You'll Do Install residential and commercial concrete coating systems Grind and prepare concrete surfaces Repair cracks and damaged concrete Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems Broadcast decorative flake and apply protective topcoats Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other installation equipment Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Work alongside a crew to complete high-quality installations Provide professional service while working at customers' homes and businesses What We're Looking For Dependable and ready to work Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to our Pittsburgh-area warehouse Comfortable driving company trucks/trailers as needed Willing to learn and take direction Available Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays Comfortable traveling to job sites throughout the Pittsburgh territory Previous concrete coating experience is NOT required. Experience in construction, flooring, concrete, roofing, painting, landscaping, remodeling, installation, warehouse work, or other skilled/manual labor is a plus. What We Offer Commission-based compensation with potential weekly earnings of $1,000
