Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing work on commercial construction projects, ensuring smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing surfaces. Your expertise in concrete finishing techniques, blueprint interpretation, and construction safety protocols will be vital to delivering exceptional results on time and within specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds Operate cutting tools safely and efficiently during pouring and finishing processes Maintain strict adherence to construction workplace safety regulations by wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), following safety protocols, and reporting hazards promptly Qualifications Proven experience working on commercial construction projects with a strong background in concrete finishing. Familiarity with concrete forming, pouring, cutting, finishing techniques. Knowledge of construction estimating principles and safety regulations applicable to the construction workplace Skilled in using hand tools like trowels, floats, hammers, as well as power tools including and saws.
