Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications. Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using hand tools and power tools, ensuring stability and safety. Install rebar reinforcement following blueprint specifications to strengthen concrete structures. Operate concrete pumps, mixers, cutting tools, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, form panels, and concrete bags while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris, securing tools, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in concrete-related roles is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately. Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring techniques, finishing processes, and concrete cutting methods. Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications for successful project execution.
