Concrete Project Manager
Job Description
Step into a respected concrete contractor team in York, PA, where long-tenured professionals deliver commercial and industrial concrete work close to home. The Concrete Project Manager opportunity offers room to grow over time, with the potential to move into estimating and broader ownership responsibilities as leadership transitions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Project Manager position include: 2+ years of office experience with construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple active projects Assist field personnel after the subcontract is in place, including buyout for special materials as needed Support project turnover and jobsite coordination, including attending turnover and jobsite meetings Manage submittal and shop drawing logs by obtaining required shop drawings and creating/updating the associated log Verify invoices and assist with invoice and change order preparation with current management Communicate with clients in a timely manner and help resolve issues that develop on site Assist the accounting department through project completion, including payroll verification and related work Complete monthly gross project projections on all projects
Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
