• To effectively manage construction projects through completion and payment.

The duties listed below are just a portion of the position requirements. This list will change and grow as required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Attend a project turn over meeting with management
• Complete all necessary buyout including any special materials
• Forward insurance information to accounting to obtain certificates of insurance
• Forward project setup information to the accounting department
• Forward plans and specifications and all other necessary information to the field staff
• Obtaining all required shop drawings and creating and updating the associated shop drawing log
• Attending jobsite meetings. Discuss any monetary changes with the estimating department.
• Complete ACI testing on site as necessary on designated projects. Confirm that independent testing agency is completing tests per applicable standards.
• Discuss any schedule changes with the field staff.
• Verifying all job related invoices for cost and to ensure that they are coded correctly.
• Deal with any issues that develop on site during construction
• Assisting the accounting department with verifying payroll and all other work required though project completion.

Answer all questions from the clients in a timely manner. Attempt to answer all questions or handle any issues the same day that they occur. Complete monthly gross project projections on all projects. Ensure that the punch list is completed Training Required The following training is required for this position. Costs for all training will be paid by the employer OSHA 30 hour course
