As the face of DiStefano Brothers, you will spend your day building meaningful connections with prospective customers. You will utilize your product expertise to provide honest assessments and accurate quotes, demonstrating how our services can enhance their residential or commercial spaces. Your days will involve a mix of following up on company-generated leads and utilizing your networking skills to identify new opportunities. You will maintain meticulous records and stay focused on hitting your sales targets. Beyond the initial sale, you will nurture existing client relationships and collaborate with our installation crews to ensure every project meets our high standards of excellence. Your integrity and professionalism will turn satisfied clients into a consistent source of referrals.COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
We provide a stable foundation with a guaranteed weekly base draw and a rewarding commission structure that offers unlimited upside for top performers. Competitive Base Draw fromCommission:
$52,000/year (W2 position).Uncapped Commission:
Earn significantly on every deal closed; your income is limited only by your drive. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+, uncappedBenefits Package:

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in outside sales; in-home sales experience is highly preferred.Skills:

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.Education:
