This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities Set up, brace, and strip concrete forms. Assist with pouring concrete foundations, walls, and footings. Install rebar, dowels, and reinforcing materials. Operate power tools and construction equipment safely. Load, unload, and move forms and construction materials. Perform jobsite preparation and cleanup. Follow instructions from the foreman. Follow company and jobsite safety requirements. Requirements Minimum of two years of professional concrete or concrete-forming experience is required. Experience with concrete foundations, walls, footings, formwork, and rebar. Ability to safely operate common construction tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor. Must be dependable and report to work on time. Must have reliable transportation to our shop. OSHA certification is preferred but not required. Applicants without at least two years of relevant concrete experience will not be considered.
