Glance:
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is hiring a Lead Commercial Epoxy & Polyaspartic Installer to run 2-3 person crews on commercial and light industrial projects across Rhode Island. What You'll Do:
Crew Leadership:
Lead daily job site setup, workflow, and safety for a 2-3 person installation crew.
Surface Prep & Repairs:
Operate planetary grinders, shot blasters, hand grinders, and perform concrete patch/joint repair.
Precision Application:
Mix and apply commercial epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and flake/quartz systems to spec.
GC & Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Property Managers on-site.
Quality & Tech:
Ensure zero-defect handoffs, track material usage, and log job progress using our mobile app.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on commercial epoxy/polyaspartic installation with proven experience leading a field crew.
Equipment Knowledge:
Comfort operating walk-behind concrete grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tooling.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean record; comfortable driving a work truck and towing a trailer.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift 75-100 lbs regularly, kneel/bend for extended periods, and work in variable site conditions.
Professionalism:
