•Structural Cast-in-Place Concrete Lithko Contracting is seeking a General Superintendent to join our structural/vertical efforts in Charleston, South Carolina! The General Superintendent will work closely with area leadership and multiple project teams, providing operational support to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, setting clear expectations and responsibilities. Lead the development of an overall project plan and ensure alignment with team objectives. Take ownership of project information, delivering status updates to relevant stakeholders. Validate project progress and provide recommendations to meet execution goals. Align manpower resources to meet project demands and execution targets. Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are properly executed. Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project. Communicate with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills. 8+ years of progressive experience in field management for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor. Experience with self-performing concrete work is required. Familiarity with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on structural concrete. General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
