Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Concrete Forming and Finishing role based in Clinton, SC. The team member will set up, assemble, and prepare concrete forms according to blueprints and production specifications, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment. Daily responsibilities include placing reinforcement, pouring concrete into forms, compacting and leveling surfaces, and applying appropriate finishing techniques to achieve required textures and tolerances. The role also involves inspecting completed precast elements for quality, making minor repairs or adjustments, cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas, and following safety procedures and company guidelines. Collaboration with supervisors and coworkers to meet production schedules and support efficient workflow is expected. Qualifications Experience with concrete forming, setting forms, and interpreting basic construction drawings or blueprints. Skills in concrete finishing, including leveling, smoothing, edging, and applying appropriate surface treatments. Ability to use hand tools and power tools commonly employed in precast concrete production and general construction. Understanding of workplace and construction site safety practices, including PPE use and safe handling of materials. Physical capability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and production standards consistently. Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience in concrete work, precast manufacturing, or related construction trades is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn CPS processes and quality expectations; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
