Lead crews from footings to finish, elevate quality, and keep work safe and on schedule. Your responsibilities Direct daily concrete operations on commercial sites, setting pace and priorities Manage full scope: foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and finishing Read and apply structural drawings/specifications; coordinate formwork, rebar, and placement means/methods Inspect work, verify tolerances and finish quality, and document results Champion OSHA and site safety requirements Coordinate with project management, inspectors, and trade partners to protect milestones Report progress and escalate risks early to avoid surprises Qualifications 5+ years in commercial concrete, including 2+ years leading a crew/foreman capacity Expertise with forming systems, reinforcing steel, ACI standards, and building codes Ability to interpret structural plans and specs Proven leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Proficiencies Concrete installation and finishing Rod-busting/rebar placement What you'll get Competitive hourly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, plus training to keep your skills sharp.
