Set up and dismantle forms and scaffolding as needed. Mix and pour concrete according to specifications. Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Ensure job sites are clean and organized, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in concrete work or general construction preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction safety practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
