Responsibilities:

As an Operator, you are responsible for operating equipment to cut and haul concrete at customer job sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare job site as needed to eliminate hazards Operate concrete saws and other equipment Remove concrete and properly dispose Clean job site of all slurry, tools, equipment, and garbage Assist in maintaining tools and equipment Assist in small to medium concrete pour backs Load and unload trucks Communicate with team, customers, and other contractors Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong work ethic Must be reliable and dependable - regular full time schedule is M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm but can vary based on customer needs. Ability to work in team environment Demonstrates respectful and professional conduct in all interactions Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly Ability to work in typical construction environment with exposure to the elements, noise, and other job site hazards Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Ability to successfully complete background check based on customer requirements (i.e. for military and government projects) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain DOT medical card
