Job Description

Riddle's Group is expanding into the concrete industry and is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Form Setter / Finisher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in producing high quality work and thrives in a team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and align concrete forms for foundations, flatwork, and other structures Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (including smoothing, edging, and jointing) Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques are followed Maintain a clean and safe job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines
Qualifications:
10 years Prior experience as a concrete form setter and/or finisher required Strong understanding of concrete placement, forming, and finishing techniques Ability to read and follow construction plans and measurements Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license Reliable transportation with the ability to travel independently to assigned job sites. Ability to arrive at varying job site locations on time each workday.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely use tools and equipment associated with concrete work
