With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black Top Paving, a division of Journey Group , is growing and seeking a hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team to assist concrete foreman and concrete finishers with pouring sidewalks, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, and other various concrete site work. Qualified candidates will have:
