Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled, Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for completing concrete projects by applying finishing techniques to create smooth and durable surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various construction skills and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by cleaning, leveling, and compacting
- Set up forms or molds according to project specifications
- Pour and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces
- Repair or patch damaged concrete as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
