JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a full-time Crew Member or Crew lead to join our team. This person will perform a variety of concrete flooring tasks including polishing concrete, epoxy floors in and around Knoxville Tn.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be able to use hand tools and polishing equipment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must have good communication skills and must read and understand instructions. Must have a valid driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Use hand tools such as sanders, polishers, polishes, grinders, etc. and other related equipment such as polishing machines. Use buffers such as pad buffers and spray booths. Cleaning and maintenance of polishing machines and other equipment. Maintain a clean work area in accordance with company standards. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
