Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects - preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing. Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment based on project stages. Identify and resolve issues to ensure project quality and timely completion. Consult blueprints and plans for accurate placement and installation of concrete structures. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure overall concrete quality, providing guidance on defect correction.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Concrete Superintendent experience In-depth understanding of concrete construction principles and practices. Experience with flatwork, structural, and concrete paving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly. Commitment to safety.
