Overview:

This position has a lot of OT available, with working on a Saturday (half day) We are looking to advance this role to a vault driver position and we will increase pay. Drive company vehicles to transport burial vaults and related materials to cemeteries and service locations. Load, secure, transport, and unload concrete burial vaults safely. Assist with the setup and placement of burial vaults at cemetery locations. Operate equipment such as forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Perform physical labor, including lifting, moving, and positioning heavy concrete products. Assist with manufacturing, pouring, molding, finishing, painting, and engraving burial vaults when needed. Inspect products for quality and ensure vaults are properly prepared for delivery. Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, truck, and equipment. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate professionally with cemetery personnel, funeral homes, and customers. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Be available for overtime and occasional Saturday work as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience driving a work vehicle, delivery truck, or similar vehicle preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience safely loading, securing, and transporting heavy materials preferred. Previous experience with concrete, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus. Experience operating a forklift or other material-handling equipment preferred. Comfortable performing heavy physical labor and lifting/moving heavy materials. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer-service skills. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
