CTT Concrete Superintendent / Foreman Who We Are Central Texas Tiltwall, LP is a full-service commercial concrete company based in Austin, TX that specializes in commercial construction projects in the Central Texas region. www.centraltexastiltwall.com Position Summary We are looking for a full-time Commercial Concrete Superintendent / Foreman and crew to start immediately. Superintendent and Foreman are responsible for all on-site field operations, including direct supervision of CTT crew (carpenters, laborers, operators, finishers, rodbusters, surveyors). This position is 100% field based. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Management and coordination of day-to-day construction field operations. Ensure project is following all safety standards, plans, specifications and best construction practices. Direct, schedule, and coordinate rebar and finishing subcontractor work. Ensure all equipment and materials are on-site. Work successfully with general contractors, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction over the construction process. Lead weekly coordination and safety meetings. Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings. Maintain the highest level of Quality Assurance. Ensure adherence by all site personnel to OSHA, State and Federal, requirements. Documentation of daily job site activities and conditions. Maintain 2-4 week look-ahead schedules. Required Qualifications:

Experience working as a commercial concrete construction superintendent, assistant superintendent or foreman.

• Experience working on projects with structural concrete, tiltwall panels, foundations, drill piers, flatwork, retaining walls, and site concrete.

• Experience surveying and shooting grades preferred but not required Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other project documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Collaborative attitude and teamwork personality.
