Job Description

CONCRETE OPERATOR
Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm $15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepare and mix concrete to meet production specifications and quality standards Set up and prepare molds, including applying release agents, securing foam, and placing rebar as needed Remove finished concrete pads from molds using lifting equipment and transfer to production lines Inspect products for quality, removing defects and performing minor repairs to ensure a smooth finish Trowel and finish concrete surfaces for a clean, polished appearance Label, wrap, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment Operate machinery to cut foam and assist in shaping materials to specifications Assist with vibrating, pouring, and leveling concrete to ensure proper distribution and structure Install bolts, clips, and inserts based on product requirements Operate CNC and other production equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support inventory processes, including material counts and tracking Follow all safety guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, bending, lifting (25-50 lbs), and repetitive motions
