Hand Labor

Job Purpose:

A Construction Hand Laborer performs physical tasks on construction sites, assisting tradespeople and preparing areas for construction. They may load and unload materials, operate tools, and clean the site. Responsibilities may also include tasks such as digging trenches, setting braces, and removing debris.

Preferred Experience:

2 years of experience in construction or related field Entry-level candidates may be considered

Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labor Ability to load and unload materials efficiently Proficiency in operating construction tools Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite Capability to dig trenches, set braces, and remove debris effectively Ability to work in harsh weather conditions and lift 45+ pounds
